UAB “Baltical” has established and continuously improves manufacturing processes which accurately and comprehensively monitor the quality of the alloying activity (aluminium alloying process is monitored from the very aluminium scrap charging into the furnace until the final product is poured into moulds, alloys are controlled 8 times in the chemical laboratory, during all procedure). Our company's quality control ensures that the aluminium alloys met the client’s required chemical composition: foundry is equipped with the latest model SPECTROLAB F laboratory, which can analyse aluminium and another 21 chemical elements with the accuracy of 1/10.000 %.
